Solveigh Marcks founded The Denali Group in 2002 to focus on recruiting professionals in private equity, private credit, and investment banking.
Solveigh has represented a number of large and mid-sized alternative investment firms in identifying and recruiting investing Partners, Principals, and Vice Presidents across control buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, primaries, secondaries, co-investing, direct lending, subordinated capital, and distressed/value. She has also recruited Investor Relations/Fundraising professionals and CFOs/COOs across the alternatives space. Within investment banking, Solveigh has recruited banking and investment banking professionals in such areas as corporate and sponsor coverage, leveraged finance, and private capital advisory.
Before establishing the Denali Group, Solveigh served as a Partner at one of the largest global recruiting firms where she co-headed the U.S. private equity practice group. Prior to beginning her career in search, she was Head of TMT coverage in the U.S. for one of the largest European banks.
Solveigh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Fordham University.
