SOLVEIGH MARCKS, Founder and Managing Director


The Denali Group was founded in 2002 by Solveigh Marcks to focus on the recruitment of financial services professionals in private equity, hedge funds, and investment banking.
 
Solveigh has represented a number of large and mid-sized private equity firms in identifying and recruiting investing partners, principals and associates in buyouts, venture, fund of funds, secondaries, mezzanine and distressed. She has recruited senior level managers to hedge funds. Solveigh has also assisted investment banking firms with their senior-level recruiting needs in investment banking coverage, M&A and leveraged finance.

 

Solveigh Marcks was previously a Partner at one of the largest U.S. based recruiting firms where she co-headed the private equity practice group. Prior to beginning her career in search, she was Director of Corporate Finance for telecommunications and media at Deutsche Bank in New York.
 
Solveigh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Fordham University.
